You’re billed the first time you generate a Word report for a given inspection. If you need to make edits and regenerate after that, those additional exports don’t cost anything. You can also add findings, photos, and notes to an inspection as many times as you want — none of that is billable.
Your per-report rate is based on how many reports you’ve completed in the last 30 days. The more you deliver, the lower your rate. It adjusts automatically as your volume changes — no manual plan selection required.
Reports export as Microsoft Word (.docx) files. Word format lets you make final edits before delivering to your client — useful if you want to add context, adjust language, or attach a cover letter. Most inspectors share the PDF they export from Word.
Yes. Every account includes a fully customizable Word-based report template. Edit it yourself for free, or hire us to build one from scratch for $50/hour. Once set up, Agile populates it automatically with your inspection data.
Yes. Connect your Inspection Support Network account and pull orders directly into Agile Inspections — address, client name, and all. No copy-paste, no double entry. Go to Settings → Integrations to connect.
Yes. Agile Inspections supports basic collaboration — you can share access to inspections with another user on your account. It’s not a full multi-user team mode, but it covers the common case of a second set of eyes before a report goes out.
